Hudson Regional Health Commission brings vaccination services directly into the community through our mobile vaccination clinic program. By partnering with schools, libraries, senior centers, housing facilities, faith-based organizations, businesses, and other community groups, we host free pop-up clinics at locations that are convenient and familiar to residents throughout Hudson County.
Our mobile clinics are designed to make it easier for residents to stay up to date on recommended vaccines without having to travel far or navigate barriers to care. Services may include COVID-19, flu, routine childhood immunizations, and select adult vaccines. We can work with organizations to host either a public community clinic or a private on-site clinic for employees, residents, students, or other groups.
Interested in hosting a mobile vaccination clinic at your site? Complete a Mobile Site Request Form or contact our team to learn more.
Hudson Regional Health Commission offers COVID-19, flu, and mpox vaccines to help protect Hudson County residents from serious illness and prevent the spread of infectious diseases in our communities. These vaccines may be available through community clinics, pop-up events, and mobile vaccination services offered in partnership with local health departments and community organizations throughout Hudson County.
We are committed to making vaccination services accessible and convenient by bringing clinics directly into the community and connecting residents with recommended vaccines based on age, risk factors, and vaccine availability. Eligibility and vaccine availability may vary depending on the vaccine and current supply.
Visit our Vaccination Portal for the latest information on eligibility, vaccine availability, upcoming clinic opportunities, and appointment registration.
Hudson Regional Health Commission, in partnership with Hudson County’s local health departments, offers free childhood vaccines through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program for eligible children and teens age 18 and younger. The VFC Program helps families access recommended vaccines at no cost so children can stay healthy, protected, and up to date with school and child care immunization requirements.
A child may be eligible for VFC vaccines if they are 18 years of age or younger and meet at least one of the following:
Uninsured
Medicaid-eligible (NJ FamilyCare Plan A only)
American Indian or Alaska Native
Underinsured (insurance does not fully cover recommended vaccines; underinsured children must receive vaccines through a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC))
Through our VFC services, we provide routine childhood immunizations and work with families, schools, daycares, and community partners to help children stay on schedule with their recommended vaccines. We are also looking to partner with schools, daycares, community organizations, and other local partners to expand access to childhood vaccines throughout Hudson County.
To request a childhood vaccine appointment, complete the Childhood Vaccines Form. Organizations interested in hosting a clinic may submit a Mobile Site Request Form. For additional information, please contact our team.
