Competitive Contract - Request for Proposals Notice is hereby given by the Hudson Regional Health Commission (“Commission”) that a Competitive Contract in accord with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 will be received by the Commission on February 26, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time, in accord with N.J.A.C. 5:34-1 et. Seq., The Commission is requesting proposals from experienced vendors (minimum of five (5) years’ experience by the firm or by key firm employees in the operation of a government data facility) to operate, maintain, and manage the Commission’s Information Systems and Telecommunications Network. Full Request for Proposals available on the Commission’s website at www.hudsonregional.gov NOTE: One hard copy and one digital copy of the response to this Request for Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Hudson Regional Health Commission at 595 County Avenue, Building 1, Secaucus NJ 07094, with the title Request for Proposal for IT Service clearly marked on the outside, no later than 11:00 a.m. on February 26, 2026. Any proposal received after the deadline established by the Commission will not be accepted. The Commission accepts no responsibility for delays. It is the respondent’s responsibility to ensure that its proposal is received prior to the deadline. Proposals will not be accepted by facsimile or email. The Commission will award this Competitive Contract in accord with Price and Other Factors as outlined within N.J.S.A 40A:11-4.1 et. Seq., and N.J.A.C. 5:34-4.1 et. Seq., Report of Competitive Contract. In accord with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.5(d) the summary report will be posted on the Commission’s website at www.hudsonregional.gov at least 48 hours prior to the governing body taking action on award. This procurement has been advertised in accordance with the "Fair and Open Basis" under the Pay- to-Play Legislation (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4).
